Vehicle Transporters are very professional and reliable carriers in what they do, as they transport for a living. In fact we only recommend fully licensed carriers. With that said, it is very unlikely that your vehicle will arrive with damage. However, if your vehicle is delivered with damage, ask your transporter for instructions on filing a claim. Get the driver or company agent to sign your record of damages and file your claim within 24 hours. Generally the shipping process is completed once the car is delivered.
